Goodmorning and welcome! Today I am excited to post the first ever challenge for Southern Girls Challenge Blog. The theme for this week is Anything Goes…so no excuses for not entering a card! This week we are sponsored by Wink Wink Ink designs and I made my card with a cute little Wink Wink Ink image called Chick Border and it is still available for free here. I printed it onto white card stock and coloured it with Copics. Then I used my ink pad and finger sponge to colour the sky and grass.
I gathered my ribbon up a bit and sewed over it to hold the gathers. Then I added the bow on top. I added a mixture of flowers in the corners with a leaf punch out. Card and papers are all from Stampin’ Up. The “Happy Spring” sentiment is a CC Designs stamp that I added last of all.
