Hi Blogging Buddies,
This is just a quick post…especially for Annette.
Annette asked me how are Jack and Jessie going…our two baby lambs…well they aren’t babies any longer! They are almost fully-grown sheep now…and they are covered in burs! Poor things our paddock was so overgrown due to all the rain we have been getting and there was all sorts of types of grass and burrs growing in there. The grass was so long we couldn’t even see them!! Jack and Jessie have the whole paddock to themselves and they couldn’t keep up with the eating…but Dad has slashed the grass now and so they will have a better chance at keeping it down. Soon though, they will need to be shorn so we can get all those burrs off them!!

Oh My Goodness they have grown, FAST! Burs can be such a pain. My husbands hunting dog comes back from trip a mess. Have a great day. TFS. Hugs…
