Step 2 ~ Add your 4×6 Card
This is as simple as it gets! Round the corner of your photo first, then layer it onto your chosen 4×6 card. Don’t stick it down to the 12×12 card yet.
Step 3 ~ Layer your 3×4 cards
Play around with your 3×4 cards and place them under your matted photo leaving little bits sticking out from under the edge of the photo. When you are happy with your design adhere it to your 12×12 card.
Step 4 ~ Embellishments and Journalling
Add in a little bit of journalling somewhere. I added mine below the photo in the corner. Punch some hearts out of the 3×4 cards and position on your page as embellishments. Tear up some bits of Washi tape and stick down. Glue down some silver and black rhinestones.
Step 5 ~ Add some stitching
This is optional. You can add some Machine stitching over your photo, cards and heart embellishments if you wish.
Thats it! Your done. Do you agree it is simple? I personally like all the white space and I also like the black and white colour palette. If you do happen to follow this process or be inspired by it please leave a comment so I can hop on over and see your work.
