The job over at the Kaisercraft Blog today was to give some Tips for Layering. I made this Layout with a beautiful photo of a special friend of mine, and came up with some tips along the way.
Tips for Layering
When adding layers to a Layout (or a card) I encourage you to think of your Layout in Levels:
Level 1 – Paper Background
To add layers to this level you could use stamping, templates, inking, water colours, texture paste
Level 2 – Paper Layers
To add layers to this level you could use fussy cutting, strips of paper, cheesecloth, sewing thread, mounting tape, folded paper.
Level 3 – Embellishments
To add layers to this level you could add in Collectables, Wooden Flourishes, Rhinestones, Pearls, Misting Spray.
