Hello Crafty Friends
I decided to decorate my Kaisercraft Planner for the month of August using the Gypsy Rose Collection. I had left over scraps from the collection and a sticker sheet and a few collectables. Decorating my planner was the perfect way to use them up.
I used some stamping, templates and inks to give the pages a bit more character.
People sometimes mention that it is too pretty to write in or they ask me if I do write in it. I have it sitting open on a desk near our computer on an Ipad desk holder from Ikea and it brings a smile to my face to see it so prettily decorated. I do write a teeny bit in it each day which relates to the lessons my little boy is up to with his homeschool. But I use the calendar on our fridge as my main way of recording and trying to keep a track of all our appointments and activities. The Calendar is a scribbly mess, but I’m ok with that lol!

It’s absolutely stunning. Sitting with it open at the beautiful pages beside you would bring a smile to any one’s face to looks at it, as it makes an amazing piece of art work
Awww thank you Maureen, you are too kind with your words. I am looking forward to doing next months, I’m just not sure which collection to use…it wont be Mountain Air lol!
What a gorgeous planner Alicia – I can understand your not writing a lot in it 🙂

Lol! I write on the calendar for scribbly events and then I have a to-do list book for all my projects…I would probably make a real mess of my planner lol!
