This is a DIY Scrapbook Tutorial using the pretty colours in the Pink Paislee Summer Lights Collection.

DIY Scrapbook Tutorial Materials Needed:
The butterfly Cut File my lovely crafty friend Maureen gave to me. It has been waiting patiently for the perfect project.
Pink Paislee SUMMER LIGHTS 12×12 Paper 11
Pink Paislee SUMMER LIGHTS 12×12 Paper 05
Pink Paislee SUMMER LIGHTS Ephemera Pack
White 12×12 Card stock
Duck Blue 12×12 Card Stock
Yellow Misting Spray
Kindy Glitz
Sewing Machine and White Sewing Thread
Pink Organza Ribbon
Step By Step Instructions
Step 1
Fussy cut hearts from SUMMER LIGHTS 11.
Step 2
Fussy cut clouds from SUMMER LIGHTS 05
Step 3
Paint yellow butterfly cut file with yellow misting spray.
Step 4
Trace around butterfly on SUMMER LIGHTS 05, cut out and glue to butterfly.
Step 5
Cut 12×12 White Cardstock to 11 3/4 x 11 3/4 inches.
Step 6
Position hearts, clouds and rainbow around the butterfly with glue. Stitch in vertical strips with sewing machine.
Step 7
Attach to Duck Blue Card Stock
Step 8
Glue butterfly to centre of Layout.
Step 9
Layer Polaroid Ephemera behind photo. Attach to middle of butterfly.
Step 10
Embellish with Ephemera, Paper Blooms and sewing thread.
Step 11
Add Kindy Glitz to butterfly.
The colours in these papers spoke to my soul and I loved playing with them. So girly and pretty.
Shhh… dont tell little Billy he is in the middle of a butterfly and all these pretty colours! Its a Mummy layout this one!
